What is becoming of the paranormal community? On the outside, the plethora of ghost reality shows on television and paranormal talk shows on the Web seem to hint that things have never been better. And yet, there are those who believe that our community has lost its way and is now more concerned with fame and fortune rather than serious research. So which side is more accurate? For now, I will choose to remain silent and simply say that, while many people were not aware of it, on October 18, 2009, something happened that speaks volumes as to the current state of the paranormal community—Ghostly Talk Radio went on indefinite hiatus.

We have had to make some immediate changes for the next couple of weeks. We all had a long talk and decided that by judging the events this weekend, we would need to take next weekend off of the show also. This is because of the turbulence that we are having at work. Next weekend will be the last weekend this will be happening. This, as a result, will be pushing our 7th Anniversary Party ahead one week to 03/28/2009 which will be broadcasted on 03/29/2009. We are VERY VERY sorry for all the changes!! We have been very lucky the last 7 years!! We will push through this though and keep pushing ahead like we always do!! I am sure by now you have all seen the trailer for the new movie "the Strangers", well according to the trailer it is based on a true story...well kind of sort of, it is actualy inspired by the true story of the Keddie Murders... anyway, I had never heard about this story and i wondered if anyone else had ever heard of it?
