A Song Daydream

Have you every heard a song play and drifted into a daydream? It’s a song that makes you feel like you have left your body and entered a dream world. A place where you feel safe and a place where you could not get hunt by anyone or anything. A song that for every minute it plays you have no cares or worries. A song that shuts your body down and let’s your mind just float with no thought. A song that makes you cry not because you are sad but because your ears are so happy to hear the music. A song that you feel no one else feels the same about. A song that makes you think that it was written just for you by the god of music. A song that you might have but don’t play it all the time because if you do you would replay it over and over again. “Behind Blue Eyes”

I wish I could...

I know I probably have a song like that... but at this moment I can't think of it. Sometimes when I have music playing I barely even realize it's on... just background noise. I have a hard time getting my mind to be quiet so I can sleep... same thing happens when I am listening to music these days... I can't get my brain to quiet down enough to truly LISTEN to the whole song... a zillion thoughts zing around my head and take away my focus. Hmmm.... ya think that's a form of ADD?? *ponders*

I'm guessing "Behind Blue Eyes" is that song for you? Who performs the song??? It sounds incredibly familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. Mist

Behind Blue Eyes

The one I heard was a limp Bizket remake. That is not the only song that I daydream with. As far as you saying you have A.D.D., I don't think A.D.D. is a real condition. I think that because we have more ways to entertain ourselves we get board faster. In the 20’s 50’s we had a simple way of life. Now a days we have TV, radio, books, video games, more people have cars, water sports, more different kinds of sports, and so fourth. I think if people budget their time better like read instead of TV. Write letters instead of emails. Walk instead of driving. Basically not be in a hurry all the time. We have almost everything with our reach. If you go to a third world country do you think that A.D.D. is a problem for them? It is a American thing.
