Oddity in an archive

I was listening to show 184, part 3, if you fast forward to 35:45 and listen, about 35:47 to 48 there is some sound that seems to be someone whispering quickly mixed in with the woman who is talking.

For podcast listeners

In the 64k podcast, it's at 151:34. Fast forward to 151:32 and play until about 151:36. What/who is it????

Additional information: I just checked and it's in the 128k archive as well (the 128k archives is from our original capture of the show).
