I think it is written on a stone tablet someplace that this will actually be brought about if Yanni, Cher, Celion Dion, Ashlee Simpson and Yoko take the stage and sing together. Their voices and musical (ahem) talents open the gateway for the 4 horsemen of the apocolypse to burst free and into our realm, thus they ride out and begin mercifully killing everyone listening to the warbelings of these "musicians".

Ahh sweet silence of death take me from this realm and wrap me in the cold muffled stillness of the everlasting.
