Crossroads Paranormal is hosting a Statewide Indiana Paranormal Meet and Greet/Networking Picnic!

Ok, this is what I'm being told by Washington Township Park in Avon Indiana for August 12th 2006

They have us down, and I will send them the damage deposit.

Statewide Meet/Greet Picnic for all Paranormal Groups and individuals. The Large Shelter is for up to 125 people. However people should bring lawn chairs etc. The Large Shelter is pictured here at the bottom right of the page. http://www.washingtontwpparks.org/id4.html

This will be a bring your own meal picnic. Food or Drink will NOT be provided. Crossroads is already footing the bill for the park shelter. ;)

Get the word out now, and network with the groups you already know in your areas! ;D

As soon as I fill out the paperwork for the park, I'll let you know if there are any time limits, or other rules that the park has included.

Hope to see everyone from Indiana there!!!

Final Details on Statewide Networking Meet and Greet Picnic

When: August 12th 2006

Where:
Washington Township
Parks & Recreation
115 S. C.R. 575 E.
Avon IN. 46123

The Large Picnic Shelter (It will say CROSSROADS PICNIC on the sign)

Time: 12(Noon) to 4pm

Cost: This event is free

This Indiana statewide Meet/Greet Picnic for all Paranormal Groups and individuals will be located at the Large Shelter. This seats up to 125 people. You should bring lawn chairs in case we have a large crowd.

You will need to bring your own meal for this picnic. Food and Drinks will NOT be provided.

Get the word out now, and network with the groups you already know in your areas! ;D If you are networked with groups in nearby states, they are also invited!

We hope to see everyone there!!!

Crossroads Paranormal is sponsoring this event by providing security and paying for the park shelter. ;)

Thanks to the Ghostly Talk Gang for the shout out about our 1st Paranormal Meet and Greet Picnic. We are glad that you are going to make the trip down!

We have rented the large shelter that seats 125 but you may want to bring a lawn chair just incase.

This park is HUGE

Just to let you know, this park is huge! There are several play areas for kids, there are hiking trails, bike trails.....etc.

We would just like to make sure that you don't forget a lawn chair, JUST IN CASE we have a crowd over 125 people. We'd like to shoot for 500 people!! We already have over 30 different paranormal groups and organizations attending from Indiana and nearby states!! Each one is bringing several people from their group! We can't wait to see the guys from Ghostly Talk again!!!!

I'm hoping to be there, too

My kiddo and I are hoping to be there. You guys are going to be soooooo close!!! I love it! =) I've got the event marked on my calendar... now let's just hope everything goes smoothly and we don't have to change plans. I hate it when that happens!!! UGH!!!
