By OctoberRust at April 19, 2006 - 9:37am | Haunted Places

Supposedly the battleship here in fall river massachusetts behind where i live and i mean right behind where i live is suppose to active in many ways, my girlfriend worked on the ship for a while cleaning it and what not and she seen out of the corner of her eye a guy dressed in sailer attire then when she turned her head he was gone no where to be seen and you can hear all kinds of sounds and it's not the ship making them i think it would be worth checking out.

Keep in mind that the reason

Keep in mind that the reason for a haunting, is in a lot of peoples views, due to a violent, or sudden death. The ships were built and used in times of war, theres always great stress, and any death is going to be violent or unexpected and sudden. These were young men, most in the teens or twenties, so with all this in mind, it seems that these ships would be a great place for finding paranormal activity. They should provide at the very least residual hauntings, these are like records, or at the most extreme you could possibly even find an intelligent haunting that could interact with you.

USS MIDWAY, San Diego

By EEKlectic on April 4, 2007 - 2:28pm

Recently, I was in San Diego and had the chance to visit the USS Midway. When I walked into the hanger deck, I felt a ghost there ( I am able to sense them). We even got an awesome ghost orb in the picture of me. If anyone can get access to that ship after hours, that would be a great place for a ghost hunt.

Cheers,

EEK
