Battleship Texas and other stuff

I've been B-U-S-Y!!!
Last weekend our newly formed investigative group Pararap investigations went on a nights tour of Galvestons most haunted spots including an old apt complex with a rich history of tragedy, as well as the Maison Rouge- the ruins of the original house in Galveston and home to pirate Jean Laffitte. We got lots of good orb shots as well as several EVPs in a cemetery out in the west end.

This weekend we spent Friday night aboard the USS Texas. The Texas or BB35 as the navy refers to her, is the only surviving super-dreadnought to have served in both world wars. She's basically the same age as the Titanic!
It was a long exhausting night that was somewhat short in paranormal activity but long on adventure. Got some really interesting pics up in my album and I still have over 270 minutes of audio to pour over.
After we were done there, Jamie and I headed out to her dads house in Winnie TX. When we mentioned the battleship to him he got upset and said- Why didnt ya'll tell me? I came home from Europe on the Texas at the end of world war 2!
I felt real stupid about that and promised to take him the next time we go...
I may have more later, until then....
