Question about Obama's US citizenship

Topic was raised in the chat room last night about Barak Obama possibly not being eligible to be President of the United States due to questions of where he was born.

Now, I am not a Democrat or a Republican so I hold no real political bias in that regard, so I try to look at things objectively here.

I do not know the whole story of the legal actions that Phil Berg is persuing when trying to say Obama is not a US Citizen, but there is a fact that is being ignored over and over in every argument in favor of saying Obama in ineligible to be President...this is that IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERE YOU WERE BORN, if one of your parents is a US Citizen, you are automatically also a US Citizen. READ THE LAWS at www.uscis.gov and www.state.gov.

It does not matter where Obama was born because his mother was a USC...this makes him a natural-born citizen and therefore eligible for the Presidency.

This from the first naturalization law of 1790: "And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or outside the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens."

...so my point here is that if Obama was born in Kenya, that would not make him ineligible to be President. I don't know if he has ever said himself that he was born in Hawaii but if he has and it turns out he was born in Kenya, that would make him a liar at worst...and if being a liar were grounds to make someone ineligable to become President, we would run out of eligible politicians instantly! LOL

On top of this, don't you think that the Democrats would Vet their candidate extremely close before nominating him or her to run for President? Why would they take a chance on running someone that could be taken down so easy, and why would the Republicans not have used this against Obama before the election to ensure a John McCain win?

This whole "Obama was born in Kenya" thing is nonsense...if he were a naturalized citizen, it would be a completely different story.

Question about Obama's U.s. citizenship

Concerning mailing to the Supreme Court. Even if you can't get these letters out by Friday Nov. 28th, still send them and have them there by no later than Dec 4th. Because the Justices will be reviewing other cases about Obama's Citizenship.

Forgot to mention that when Barack Obama re-entered the U.S. in Hawaii at age 10, if he didn't go through immigration Barack would then be considered an illegal alien. Ask why he had all his records (College, Passport, Schooling, Birth and other types) sealed?

Obama;s U.S. Citizenship

Concerning the Citizenship of Barack Obama,
Even if he was born in Hawaii, Barack Obama was adopted in Indonesia by his stepfather Mr. Satoro and for a person to attend school there you had to be a citizen of Indonesia. Barack was given the name Barry Satoro and then was considered a Indonesian citizen. In 1981 Barack visited Pakistan under the name Barry Satoro and used a Indonesian passport and not a United States passport. At that time Pakistan was at war and didn't allow entry to their country from anyone from the United States and various other countries. With that in mind Barack should've corrected his citizenship with the United States which he failed to do. When his family sent him back to the U.S. of A. at 10 years old he would've had to go through immigration and then being a Indonesian citizen would make him a Naturalized Citizen (such as Arnold Shwarzennegger)and therefore can not hold the office of President and even a Senator. To apply for or enter into a campaign for many political offices in the United States the rules are very lax and therefore made it possible for Barack to run for a political office. I highly suggest people to educate themselves on this matter. Barack at this time his sticking his nose up at the Constitution of the United States of America. Where as Arnold Shwarzenneger is concerned , he stated he could not run for President because of the Laws of the Constitution.
Besides Barack's mother needed to be 19 years of age for Barack to be considered a Citizen of the United States when born, she was 18 years of age. These are technicalities , some say forget technicalties. If so, why then are many charged with crimes based on technicalities?
Also the Berg vs Obama case being dismissed in the District court was for the reason "Berg had no standing to question a candidate" Well if that is so, than you might as well throw the Constitution in trash, because the Constitution gives you the right to question a candidate's citizenship. If Berg has no standing, than everyone else in this country has no standing and therefore any foreinger can come into the United States and run for the office of President,which could bring about many problems for the Citizens of the United States of America.
Hope everyone realizes this and study up on this aspect. I know that many adults in the age bracket of 35 and up are watching and paying attention to these lawsuits, whereas the younger generations are being blined mentally on this. I speak with some that they say " I find it cool that Barack has smoked marijuana" He stopped smoking so he could run for a political office. People should really study his life before and after he enetered politic and how he skirted many laws to do so. Barack does have an ulterior motive than wanting to be of help to this Country. I am not going there at this moment. I am also aware of many prediction prophecies of this time slot in our history and I don't want to scare everyone.
I get questioned by Muslims I have come across and ask me the laws of attaining political office in the United States. And I might say they could actually be radical Muslims, such as part of the Al-Qeada network. On the other hand some them even state that they wished another person would've become President than Barack. Maybe they know something that we don't. Think About It.
