Have you seen this video before?

Hey this is pretty neat! It is creepy because it is not a blurry "shapes in clouds" type face. It appears to be a real live person who is suddenly gone. You can see the features and details very clearly.

There is some real room for doubt here though. When the camera rounds the corner, the bottom of the frame is well above the ground. The shot is also very close to the corner at first. I think this would allow a reasonably agile person to drop down and scramble to a place behind the camera, seemingly vanishing. Also, I ask myself why the person holding the camera is walking around filming and pursuing random corner peekers.

It would be a lot cooler if it was a ghost though. :-)
