O'Hare flap

Yes, Ebe, there's been plenty of chatter about this one.

The Above Top Secret guys seem to be taking the lead in image examination, and discussion.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that it was not a weather or lighting phenomenon, or some hi-tech holographic trick, but was an actual, structured craft. Let's limit the possibilities;

1. actual constructed space-faring vehicle made by a non-Earthly civilization somewhere in our own galaxy or universe (Zeta Reticuli, if you like)

2. actual constructed time-faring vehicle made by a non-Earthly civilization somewhere in our own galaxy or universe (the long-past Zeta Reticuli, if you like)

3. actual constructed time-faring vehicle made by an Earthly civilization from our future (i.e. our decendants)

4. actual constructed time-faring vehicle made by an Earthly civilization from our distant past (a lost, technological civilization, which we might refer to as Atlanteans, say)

5. actual constructed dimension-shifting vehicle made by an Earthly civilization from a parallel timestream (e.g. one where Germany and Japan won WWII and joined tech forces to develop interdimensional travel)

6. actual (or pseudoactual) constructed dimension-shifting vehicle made by an alien civilisation from another dimension (your guess is as good as mine)

and there are other possibilities, naturally.

Question is, why arrogantly hover above a populous area, clear of cloud cover, and just hope that no-one sees you? Are you making a statement? Couldn't be bothered to hide? Unable to tell that humans can see you? Or are you staying that close to the ground for some practical reason, which forces you to be visible, before you get the hell out of there so quick you leave a hole in the cloudcover?

What were they after? Was an interaction taking place that day at O'Hare?

Max you are the man

max you my friend are a very smart person and pointed out alot that i have been asking myself aswell i came up with a few ideas on why they would do this heres my top three ideas.

1. To show they are real and here its kinda like babysitting when the kid wants attention and you ingore it they make it clear that they are there and want you to take notice.

2.A fluke ok maybe the one alien just turned the legal age to drive a ship and he didnt turn on the shields and got busted and then got yelled at and zipped off so fast he made a whole in the clouds.

3.Scouting ok this one is radical and also somewhat alarming but this isnt the only sighting like this there was one over hawaii last month and also the phonix(sp?)lights happened again last month and also a crash in chile and another in iraq and also another rumored crash into a area where it had snowed deep and had made a crater when i get a chance i will post all theses up on the front page to read.

who really knows why this is going on well probally the goverment but getting them to admit anything is like getting blood from a stone.

7. Constructed aircraft manufactured by an existing, secret, exclusively human group, today, here on Earth. (And not from clever Nazi-era 'Nick Cook's "Hunt for Zero Point"' Nazi Bell tech, or Roswell-derived alien tech.)

8. Constructed aircraft manufactured by an existing, secret, mostly-human group, today, here on Earth. (Including clever Nazi-era 'Nick Cook's "Hunt for Zero Point"' Nazi Bell tech, or Roswell-derived alien tech, or both, or neither [i.e. some other crash or trade]).

Analysis
The 'TV-static-covered grey M&M' seems not to have been a purely optical phenomenon, given the 'hole' left in the cloud cover after it 'left'. One wonders if there are any photos of the exit hole, but if the grey M&M was just an elaborate optical hologram, or mass-hypnosis effort, what's with the cloud puncture?

Also, was the 'hole' evincing non-fluidic physics? In other words, was it unusually sharp-edged (at least for a time)? Could this suggest a drive system which literally warps or punctures spacetime, etc.?

More thoughts to come (if I can find any coffee here at my subterranean lair deep beneath the Antarctic ice sheet...)
