Glad to be a part of the madness!!

Hello fellow Ghost Talk-ians,

My names Missy, and even tho' I am a new member of the site, I'm no stranger to listening to Doug & Scott's awesome Radio talk show, "Ghostly Talk". I listen to the show's via my IPOD & I must admit, these two guy's rule!

The show topics and guest's are just amazing, and Doug & Scott always seem to make me laugh at least a few times if not more in each & every episode lol. I really got a kick out of the Brian Jones episode with they're 5th unexplained phone guest and the episode with Gowan from GHI featuring Barb Powell.

I am pretty much a novice at Ghosthunting myself. I have a little bit of starter equip., and I have debunked two local urban legends that are listed in the haunted places of Indiana. I got started with this awesome hobby about 2 yrs ago now, and I have to thank TAPS (Ghost Hunters) for this. They were my mentors and my motivation to get me started in this field. I also got a picture of what I believe to be an apparition of a ghost on my Kodac digital camera in June of 2006 & I am also a member of the TVPA (Tennessee Valley Paranormal Association).

I am also huge fan of Coast to Coast am with George Noory, I have listened to they're show many many times, along with Taps ParaRadio, Planet Paranormal Podcasts & Nightwatch with Todd Sheets. Todd is such a wonderfull person. I had met him on Myspace a while back and he always seems to make me smile with his comments. Look for me on Myspace, "http://www.myspace.com/morbid_minded_bitch"

I've never been on a radio talk show, but have thought about being a guest to discuss a really wierd personal experience that I had back in 2000, involving some sort of channeling I had with my boyfriend at the times deceased best friend. That was an incident that lasted for me almost 2 weeks straight and honestly scared the livin' crap outta me at the time!! So, maybe sometime I could be a guest on Doug & Scott's show to tell them about it. That also introduced my beginning intrest into the Paranormal.

I'm so glad that the topics of the Paranormal are out in the open these day's, it wasn't like that years back when everything was hush-hush basically. Even discussing it seemed to be taboo, or you were thought to be a nutt-case! Maybe one of these day's I may just start my own Podcast on the Paranormal. You never know!!
